Revisiting a 1978 documentary on property issues in San Francisco to see not much has changed. I worked with the reporter on this piece and did the design and coding of the page, as well as designed the slides and used JavaScript to integrate the slideshow into the page.

Given that the old fares were rarely enforced, I figured it unlikely that I would be expected to pay the new $2 fare just a few minutes after it went into effect at 12:01 on July 1. So I ask the driver – “$1.50 or $2?” She shrugs, “$1.50.” I only have a $1 bill, and no change. The driver shrugs again. I’m on–for the next 24 hours.
